Authorize.net SIM Question

Have an issue with the transfer of information from my site to authorize.net. When proceeding to check out, it can take up to 3 minutes to tranfer over to the authorize.net page. Anyway to fix this issue?

Server company says its an authorize.net problem and authorize.net says its a server problem.

It take up to 3 min?

It is only for some user with slow connection? How much data are you posting to authorize.net?
