Cannot create Sandbox account

Hi all,

 

I cannot create my Sandbox account. 

After I hit 'Submit', i'm redirected to a page saying: 

 

Form Errors

  • An error occurred during processing. Please try again.
  • Error creating test account

Please return to the form and correct the errors.

 

But there's no error listed, and I filled all the form fields.

Any help would be appreciated

I have the exact same issue. Can you please clarify what the problem is? I do not see any answers in this post ... only that the problem is solved .. but how ?

I've been having the same problem creating a Sandbox account for the last 16 hrs:

 

"Form Errors

  • The sandbox is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try to create a test account in a few minutes."

I've tried with 2 browsers, 2 email addresses, and multiple compliant UNs/PWs. 

 

Sandbox status has been listed as operational the entire time.
