I have a site that has been running in production for sometime now.
Yesterday a client submitted two orders. Identical in cost, save credit card.
When I try processing the second of these I get the error message:
A duplicate transaction has been submitted.
According to your documentation means it means that I am submitting two charges for the same amount and same credit card within 2 minutes.
It has now been over 12 hrs since the first charge cleared. And i am still getting the same error message.

Contact merchant support at 877-447-3938 between the hours of 6am - 6pm (Mountain Time) Monday - Friday to request a review of the transactions in the system. If you are including the same information in a lot of your transactions there is a possibility that you will not be able to avoid this error unless you change a field slightly.
