Unable to access sandbox account

Hey Richard,

 

I can create a new sandbox account (Card Not Present Test Account) and i also received my confirmation email +
API Credentials but when i try to log into newly created test account at https://sandbox.authorize.net (using the Login ID and Password created when requesting my test account), getting "The Login ID or Password entered is invalid. Please try again."  I know i am using the correct credentials.

 

Tried couple of times by creating couple of new sandbox accounts but no luck.

 

Can you please help?
