There's been a glitch in my cart system and two customers' information is now in the CIM on my developer test account rather than in the live account. Best case scenario here would be if there is a way to somehow move those to CIM profiles to the live account.
Any suggestions?

Hi lindsayo,
Wow that is a weird one! So because of security concerns, Authorize.Net cannot transfer data between any two accounts, regardless of whether they are test or live accounts. Unfortunately, this means that there is no way for us to help recover secure data that has been transmitted to the incorrect account.
Your best bet will be to contact the customers and get all the necessary information from them to re-create the profiles in your live account, which you can now do by clicking Customer Information Manager from within the Merchant Interface. From the main CIM page, you can click Add Profile and enter the customer's payment and shipping information.
Hope that helps. ![]()
