Support Open on Columbus Day
Yesterday, we posted an announcement indicating that our Affiliate and Merchant Support departments would be closed on Monday, October 13, 2014, in observance of Columbus Day.
Please disregard that message. Both Affiliate and Merchant Support will be open on October 13th during our regular business hours.
New Expanded Merchant Support Hours
We are pleased to announce that effective October 14, 2014, our U.S. Merchant Support department will be open Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. Beginning October 11, 2014, U.S. Merchant Support will also be open on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pacific time, with extended weekend hours when planned maintenance is taking place.
We realize that sometimes your merchants need to reach Authorize.Net outside regular business hours, and we hope that our new, expanded availability will provide another benefit to your merchants' payment gateway accounts.
