[1]AnetVPOS[1].dll ---- cannot copy?

So I have a user who is getting this message when she tries signing into the VPOS

She is using IE10 on a 32bit version of Windows 7, which is up-to-date in regards to OS updates

I made sure to check boxes to use SSL 2.0 and 3.0, and TLS 1, 1.1, and 1.2

I tried resetting IE settings

I tried compatibility view

Same user is able to log in just fine on other computers, but not this one

Any thoughts?

My guess is that she lacks sufficient permissions to update the ActiveX control.

Have her try running IE as Adminstrator, then logging into VPOS.

Running IE as administrator did not resolve this but you did give me an idea.

I added the user to the Administrators group on that machine and after that she was able to pull up the VPOS interface.

Thank you very much for your response!
