A1454 - Authorize.net AIM PHP issues when using FDIAUS (FDI Australia) - Required Fields

https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A1454&actp=LIST

Hello,

We're using the PHP AIM SDK for Authorize.net and have this working fine for USA & Canadian based processors, however, I'm having trouble with my first Australian processor using Authorize.net.

Questions

  1. Is there any way around having to include these fields while using FdiAus?
  2. Anyone have any info on how to pass these details to Authorize.net?

Thanks!

As per A1454 FdiAus requires the fields included below:

Supported Processors

International Processors (Streamline, HSBC, HBOS, Barclays, AIBMS UK, CardNet, Westpac and FdiAus)

  • Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Amount ($0.02 transaction minimum across all international processors)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State/Province**
  • Zip Code (Postal Code/Postcode)**
  • Country
  • Email

** These fields are optional if the billing address is not in the U.S. or Canada. If the address is in the U.S. or Canada, the two-digit State/Province code must be provided, along with the Zip/Postal Code.

FDC, FDCO, Global Payments, Heartland, Lynksystems, Nova, Paymentech and Vital:

  • Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Amount

Note: The Virtual Terminal Settings page allows an Account Administrator or Owner to edit which fields are shown and required in the account. However, even if settings are edited to not show these required fields listed above, they will still be required due to the requirements of the processor.

Hi brianjking,

There is not a way to avoid these requirements or else it will cause an error 325. These fields are required when you are processing using FDIAus processor. You can check our API reference guide on how to pass the fields  mentioned here

http://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#payment-transactions

Thanks,
