AIM Response Fields

The detailed field by field documentation only lists 52 fields. Further documentation states there are

68 fields in the response and from 69 on is merchant defined fields.

My question is: What are the fields from 53-68? Are they just there for future use or

did I miss something?

I'm missing the obvious here I'm sure but is there a document that breaks down all of the response fields? I can't seem to get the entire picture from the API Reference Guide.
