ARB issues

I am trting to get ARB inntegration wrking on my Zen Cart website.  I am using the SIM module also.

When using the ARB in test mode, it works.  In production mode, it returns error: 

Error******E00007******User authentication failed due to invalid
authentication values. - There has been an error processing your credit
card. Please try again.

Any ideas why?  Also, do I need a separate Trans key for the ARB module ?  Is that the problem ??

I have found that when you get that response there is an error or icomplete data being sent.   I have  used the ARB for a while and when it is up an running I have not had any issues it can be sensistive.   If something isn't correct if just blows up.
