An error occurred while processing your request

We use Authorize.net CIM API methods to process transactions from our Magento site.

Yesterday, after a customer profile id and an associated payment profile id were created, our application went out to create a CIM transaction request.

However, we received the following error response (I believe from Authorize.net):

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #179.1eb62d17.1515011493.9d82a79

When I reached out to Authorize.net, they stated it was not a standard Authorize.net API error code.

Has anyone else seen an error like this before?

Any help finding out the source and reason for this error would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, it has already been more than 24 hours. When I reported this initially to Authorize.net's customer support team, this was their response:

I'm sorry to say that that reference isn't an Authorize.Net one. The responses we send are generally in number format.

I'm not really sure what to suggest, however, we have hundreds of developers onsite, including our Developer Evangelist, available that can help review and provide some guidance: https://community.developer.authorize.net

I recommend providing your request and responses for review, so they can offer advice on what the issue might be.

Hello @kisong

If you can provide the case #, we can ensure proper training is provided to the operators you spoke with.
