Authorize.net DPM problems

We have had several orders that went all the way through successfully and shipped to the customer, but the customer was never charged and there was no record of the transaction in authorize.net at all. the only reason we know about it is the customer received their product and let us know that he was never charged for it.

 

I worked closely with woocomerce for Days and they said its a problem on authorize.net side.

 

Can anyone help??

  Can you please check whether your shoppingCart settings have testRequest setting turned on. If so, you have to turn off the settings to have the customers charged. Pls. let us know whether your issue has resolved or not with the above.
