Authorize.net Hosted Form credit card input not shown some times issue

 

We are using Authorize.net Hosted payment form sandbox and live using iFrame

 

https://accept.authorize.net/payment/payment

 

We are using this for more than 2 months and working fine.

 

But sometimes we noticed that Credit card inputs are not shown at all. There are no errors like "missing token", "Unexpected error. Please try again" etc

 

We are losing orders because of this, how to find out what exactly is the error.
