Authorize.net sdk-dotnet on github License question

Hi,

I am looking at the .net SDK: https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/sdk-dotnet/blob/master/license.txt

We are looking at the license file (license.txt) and it does not seem to be acomplete license. There is a section that refers you to "Appendix 1" however the license file does not contain that appendix.

Is there any way you can provide us with the full SDK license or point me to a location that contains the entire license?

Thanks!

@Devin -- Thanks for pointing that out for us. I'll escalate this and see if we can ensure that appendix is added.

Appendix 1, from the context of clause 2.2, should have been a list of countries that are currently under US embargo. Here is the equivalent text from the Merchant Agreement:

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions and regulations and not to export or re-export any Authorize.Net Intellectual Property (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods including, without limitation, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, the Crimea Region of the Ukraine, and North Korea; or (ii) to any person on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Person’s List.

@Lilith,

Thank you. I'm assuming there are more things missing from the license. Can you please let me know here when either the github license is updated or if there is a link to the full license? Thanks!

@Devin I don't believe that there is anything more missing, to be honest. As I mentioned, I've escalated this, so we can push out fixes, so as soon as I hear something I'll follow up.

@Devin I checked on updates, and we're still investigating.

How urgent is it for you to have the complete license as it currently stands? Would it be sufficient if we provided the license to you separately from the GitHub repository?

@Devin -- we have pushed out a new copy of the license which doesn't reference any appendix, and which I think will satisfy your needs.

You can read it at https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/sdk-dotnet/blob/master/license.txt

Let us know if you have any questions. I hope this helps!

The license on github still appears incomplete, and the link provided in the previous post (https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/sdk-dotnet/blob/master/license.txt) no longer works. Can someone push a complete license? We'd like to include the Authorize.net Java SDK with our product, but need to review the license.
