Bill to State/Province is required

Why am I getting this error message, and how do I fix it?  When trying to verify and test Authorize.net with my shopping cart, I keep getting this error message.  I am not sure what settings I need to change in my tools.  I'm sure it's something simple, but I can't figure it out.

 I have a WIX site (don't judge).

Check merchant account settings

Account Settings, Payment Form, Form Fields, make sure the Required checked box is not checked.
