CIM Customer Profile ID Creation Disclaimer?

We plan on creating Customer Profile IDs when customers make initial one-time purchases to use in future purchases/subscription plans. Is there a best practices and/or boilerplate for a disclaimer/permission notice that we're doing so?

We (Authorize.Net) don't have any specific recommendations in this regard. However, I'd love to have anyone else chime in with reports of what they're doing!
