CIM Test profile creation down?

I know the test Merchant Interface is down.  I am also unable to create test CIM profiles.  My integration code has successfully worked before.  I receive the following response from the Auth.net test servers:

[refId] => 17910-1315431432   

[resultCode] => Error   

[code] => E00001   

[text] => An error occurred during processing. Please try again.   

[customerProfileId] =>    

[directResponse] =>    

[customerPaymentProfileId] =>    

[customerAddressId] =>

Looks like CIM profile creation is working again for me!  Not sure what the issue was but perhaps it was the same issues preventing log in to the test Merchant Interface b/c that's working now too.
