CIM profile created with wrong credit card detail

We are integrating CIM profile payment option at one of our client website. We chekced that somehow a customer checked out with wrong card details. Card number is correct but cvv number and expiry date is wrong. Still he can checkout with wrong card info. Does autorized.net do not check CVC or other info with card? We are creating profiles for payment and then we charge profiles. It also created profile on live mode with wrong details. Can some please suggest how to prevent such type of error and only with correct details user can checkout.

The CVC/CVV code is checked when a transaction is processed with a profile. What happens with an incorrect code depends on your Fraud Detection Suite settings. Log into the Merchant Interface to review the configuration.

Authorize.Net will do a basic check on the expiration date to validate that it is in the correct format and that it is not expired. When a transaction is processed using the profile the card issuer will validate the expiration date. In this case it is up to the card issuer to reject or accept the transaction.
