I'm trying to help a customer debug the payment form their SIM integration leads to. This is the page Authorize.net generates at: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
There is some random CSS code at the top, above the "Order Information" header. I've poked around in "Settings" > "Payment Form" and the header and footer sections, where I would expect custom code like this to be located, are empty. Anyone know where this may be coming from?
The CSS code is pretty generic--just random styling for the submit button and such.
