Does ARB eCheck Transactions settled successfully in Sandbox account ?

Hi Team,

 

I have created a subscription with eCheck payment type in Sandbox account,

the transaction status is showing as "Captured/Pending Settlement " from 5 days.

when will the eCheck transactions will settled successfully in sandbox account.

 

any one please suggest,
