I have some info about the subscription:
- status is active
- staus of new cycle transaction is "General Error"
- An email notice with the reason is "Card is expired"
Questions are:
- Why the subscription is expired, but status still in active? (So I did not get from GetListSubScriptionExpiryInMonth API on AN before)
- what does mean "General error" of cycle transaction?
- So How can i get the cycle transaction from API? (because the transaction was error that has not transactionID)

Hi gldev018,
The "Active" status indicates that the subscription has not been cancelled. A cancelled subscription cannot be re-activated, but a subscription where the card has expired can continue processing as soon as the card details have been updated.
The "general error" message occurs when the billing cycle comes up but a transaction cannot be attempted due to invalid data, such as an expiration date in the past.
