GetCustomerPaymentProfile Intermittent Responses Today - WAP The Culprit?



I was wondering if anyone is experiencing intermittent failues retreiving customer profile info today. 


Using php-sdk full custom integration AIM/CIM.  We haven't made any code changes for quite awhile, but - suddenly this morning, "Customer Wallet" pages began to fail or to take up to 60 seconds to resolve.


The same integration code is running on multiple webstores - all but this one are working fine.  The one exhibiting the intermittent responses is behind GoDaddy's WAP.


If you hit the code once every 30 seconds or so, it's fine.


Has anyone experienced a connectivity issue behind a WAP that would instead of totally blocking the communication, stiffle it?
