Incorrect ccv code approved

This is on the live site. Using Accept.js.

 

The settings for requring ccv codes are confusing to me.

 

I have what I believe are the default settings set in the merchange settings area. I.e, Decline if Card Code Value doesn't match.

 

And yet, if I provide a bogus number for the card code field, the charge went through. I'm not clear on how to make the card code relevant to approval.

If this is with your production account, I would recommend contacting customer support and confirm that your gateway is configured as you expect.  Customer Support is available 24x7 to assist you at 877-447-3938.
