We have integrated AIM for our e-commerce website for online payments, here for GBP we have to keep email as a mandatory parameter.
We also have virtual pos terminals where we use AIM integration and email would not be present always at the box office transaction. Is there a recommended solution for the same? How do we tackle this issue?

Email is a mandatory field when using European payment processors. However, this only holds true for e-commerce websites.
For the POS terminals (transactions with card present), it rests completely on you whether the email is provided or not.
