Invalid refresh token

I'm getting an error when trying to refresh the access token for a merchant. It's an invalid refresh token error. I'm using the same refresh token that was working fine yesterday. This also is not the first time that this has happened. The refresh token seems to invalidate itself after a day or two. Can anyone help me out?

Hi @jdoyle112

Thanks for your post .  Currently due to a bug the refresh token expiration has been reduced to 8 hours for OAuth clients .

The team is currently working on getting the fix out .

I will suggest to keep updating the refresh token every 8 hours for now as workaround .

Thanks

Anurag

Thanks @Anurag do you have any idea when this solution might be fixed? It's not ideal to ping my server to update the token every 8 hours.

Jack

Also there is no documentation on updating the refresh token. How is that done?

Hi @jdoyle112

Currently its  been planned to be fixed   by end of the Oct .

Also can you provide me your client ID on developer_feedback@authorize.net so i can check it further ?

Thanks

Anurag

Hi @jdoyle112

The expiration time issue should be fixed now .

Can you create a new OAuth client and check ?

Thanks

I just got this issue and the OAuth token that I have is 2 days old.

Note: I am working on Sanbox environment.
