Length restrictions on SDK Order.InvoiceNumber?

Are there any length restrictions on the Authorize.Net SDK Order.InvoiceNumber in CIM?  I know it's a string so length shouldn't be an issue on the object itself, but is there any limitation within CIM itself?

The CIM documentation says: "Up to 20 characters (no symbols)"
