Looking for Transaction Key in Blue Sombrero or other place

Hello - I am setting up a registration feature on a website. It asks for API login and Transaction Key. No one seems to know the transaction key.  It is set up on another website (Blue Sombrero based) to take online payments. Client called Blue Sombrero, and they say it is not viewable. 

Is my only option to generate a new one and have the old ones be defunct - meaning that we have to enter new ones into Blue Sombrero, or can we just generate a new one without the old one dying?  Or any ideas of how to get it off of some other place we may have used it?

TransactionKey is not viewable.

You can generate a new one, and the old expire in 24 hr.

Is this a new account or old account. If it an old account, they should have it in their code somewhere as long as they use one of the APIs and not "simple checkout".

If it only in Blue Sombrero, and they are not viewable, then generate a new one.
