Only Visa Working on our Apple Pay Account

Hi,

 

I just met with someone at Apple and they seem pretty confident that something is breaking either on the Auth.net side or when Auth.net passes the data across to the processor (I believe Chase Paymentech).  

 

We are currently only able to accept Visa cards; Mastercard, AmEx and Visa all throw error 153.  

 

DATA: {"message":"Failed Transaction","Error_Code":"153","Error_Message":"There was an error processing the payment data. Required fields are missing from decrypted data."}

Are you experiencing this issue in our sandbox or in a live production account?  If production, I would suggest contacting customer support and opening a ticket with them.

There was an error processing the payment data.

  • Both opaque parameters must be specified.
  • You cannot include card number or expiration date.
  • You cannot include track data.
  • Must be E-commerce transaction. Confirm that your gateway account is set up as a Card Not Present account.
  • The transaction must be authorization or authorize and capture type of transaction.
  • You cannot include 3DS data.
  • You must submit data that can be successfully decrypted.
  • Decrypted data must belong to the merchant submitting the request.
  • The submitted data must be base64 encoded.
