PayPal, wrong email to clients

Hello, please help me to solve the following question:
 
It seems like our payment process is creating a wrong email to clients.
They get a message saying the payment is being processes by our organization
instead of "You sent $XX to Organization".
 
I expected that using Authorization and Capture, the funds will be sent without pre-processing.
 
I'm using the services:
1) PayPal Express Checkout -> Authorization and Capture
2) PayPal Express Checkout -> Authorization and Capture, Continued
