Query on recurring payment integration

Hi,

 

I have two query related to recurring payment processing:

 

1) I have monthly fee and upghrade fee and I want first month monthly fee + upgrade fee both should be charged and from next month only monthly fee should be charged. So is there any option to update the amount from next month. what will be best solution for this?

 

2) Supose today I have basic plan inwhich I charged $50 per month. And later I upgrade my plan with monthly fee $100 and upgrade fee $2000. So how can I update the amount from $50 to $100 and charged extra $2000. It would be on same subscription id or need to create a new subscription.

What would be the best practice.

 

 

Please provide some best solution on these two query.
