RCA for todays outage



I am a software engineer for a division of cox automotive. Our application was impacted due to todays CIM outage


We would like to be notified of high level root cause for this outage if and when a RCA is held on your side.


Also it would be very helpful to have a Tier 2 tech support contact for these types of outages. It is very difficult to work through the merchant support during these types of events.
