Sandbox to live mode issue

Hi Experts,

I am doing AIM and ARB integration. Everything works good into Sandbox but when I test live mode it does not work.

Tech support guy is telling he can not see transcation coming to live mode.

I set this in my code but bo change.

define("AUTHORIZENET_SANDBOX", false);

Any help appreciated.

When you said live mode, do you mean production server?

And you are using the PHP SDKs?

And you change the loginID and transaction Key to the production account loginID and transaction Key?

And you production account is not in test mode?
