Settlement hasn't run in 8 days

hi-

 

has anyone else had an issue with CIM transactions not being settled? the date of my last settled transaction is November 19th.

Is this in a production account and in live mode? Are you sure the transactions are actually in there and captured?

Hey there,

 

Just found out there was apparently an issue with test accounts not settling. But this has been resolved and all test accounts should be settling like normal. Sorry about that!
