Silent Post returning only default values

Hello All

I am Integrating Silent Post for CIM

and I check it for both Live and test mode in call cases it is appearing with follow parameters.

x_email=email@example.com;

x_cust_id=none;

x_amount=0.00;

which is not the actual value for these, for a subscribed client.

So can anyone tell what setting need to be done.

Why this issue is appearing and what is solution For it.

On which of the transaction type? Does it return anything at all?

yes it is returning other information except the mention,

it give the billing and card info as it is entered.
