Simple Checkout Buttons not showing

Hello,

I was piinted here by a live chat rep.

This is a link to the site page. the buttons do not show up , in their place is 2 text fields. http://www.emilysumbrellas.com/wedding.php

A rep thought is was because the php is interfering. So, I made a separate page in html with just the text and buttons then referenced it in the php. That didn't help. I also added one of the buttons to a test site that has no php - just html and it still shows the text fields instead of buttons

I also tried putting the form code inside a table and a div with no change.

Any thoughts???

Not sure how you copy and paste but the code you copy have funny looking double quote as in ”  instead of just ". You can see that in the page source on your webpage.
