Stopped receiving declined trx silent posts

We have been using silent posts from Authorize.net to keep our billing system updated. In the last two weeks, we have stopped receiving declined trx silent posts but continue to receive successful trx silent posts. Of course there is no log to view all silent posts sent by authorize.net so it is a little difficult to troubleshoot.

Does anyone know if recent changes to cause this problem or experienced this issue before?

Hi ssusens,

 

For most transaction types, Authorize.Net only sends silent posts for successful transactions. For transactions initiated by the Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) system, we send a silent post for any attempted transaction.

Joy,

We are using ARB so we should be receiving all trx type silent posts. We have an open support ticket and were notified that the IP address of the server that sends the silent posts has recently changed. We are looking into whether that is causing the issue, but not likely because we do receive the successful trx posts.
