Test Cards Not Valid

Hi, I'm running some test transactions in the sandbox utilising the card numbers found at this link and reciving the below error message.  The Visa card 411111111111111 works as does JCB 3088000000000017 and the Amex card 370000000000002.  I supply a 3 digit secuirty code for all cards and 4 digit one for Amex.  Am I doing something wrong?

RRC_3_6 : The credit card number is invalid.

These #'s don't work.

Visa	3007000000027
	3012888818888

MC	5423000000000015

The Diners club test card  returns this error:

38000000000006

RRC_3_17 : The merchant does not accept this type of credit card.

Thanks for the help but  Visa cards can start with a 3.  These numbers are right from the Authorize.Net testing guide from the posted link.

A "3" in front of the Visa cards was an error, I've asked that to be corrected in the testing guide.  Depending on when your sandbox account was created, some card brands may not be enabled.  Please use the contact us form to ask for JCB to be added, be sure to include your sandbox gateway ID or API Login.

I see.  Thanks for the help Richard.  I just created the sandbox this month and will request JCB be added

Unfortunatly the contact page doesn't apprear to be working.  Pressing submitt does nothing.  No errors either.
