Test account CVV codes

I am using the .NET SDK and when I enable the CV handling filter, all my test credit card transactions are declined. I assume this is because the test cards also have a CVV code. Also, when I set the CVV filter to "Allow" when the "CVV doesn't match", the transactions that were previously declined are approved. Any help will be appreciated,

When using the sandbox environment, every transaction which includes a card code will return a card code verification response of "not processed".  If you have selected in your settings to decline transactions where the card code is not processed, then these transactions will be declined.  You can cause specific card code responses (such as Matched) by using the specific card codes provided in our error generation guide.
