X-Cart Refund

I'm currently using X-Cart with authorize.net Accept.js. Which is working fine. But there is no way to process refunds without going to authorize.net. Is there anyone that has integrated a PCI compliant way to process refunds while staying on X-Cart?

If not, what would I need to give my developer to create something custom to make this a possibility?

Hello @biggins151

Yes, it is possible to refund transactions using our API from within X-Cart but you'll need to check with your developer if it's available as a standard feature of X-Cart or must be custom-created.  A refund only needs the transaction id which is not sensitive information according to PCI DSS.

Thank you very much for the reply!

Do you know of anyone that has done this already?

So essentially we need to have something built for x-cart that sends the specific transaction id to authorize.nets API just specifiying an amount to refund?

Thank you in advance for all of your help!

Their X-Payments app supports that.
