eCheck Issue in Sandbox

We seem to have an issue with eCheck settlement. The CC look ok and settle fine, but the status of eChecks doesn't seem to change and remains as "Captured/Pending Settlement."  photo 97CA4C14-DC4B-4FFD-83E4-A8AF4A15AF42.jpgDo you all have any idea on how to fix this? TIA!

Hi banksnb1,

 

Our sandbox environment does not currently support eCheck settlement. All your eCheck transactions will remain in your Unsettled Transactions page with a Captured/Pending Settlement status when you run an ACH transaction using a sandbox account.
