When would you be using an Authorize.net account without knowing the business name? I'd personally just set up some config variables and set those to the business name, if you really don't want to hard-code it. Most of the sites I do have a config file with things like business name, address, phone, primary email, database login, etc. That way if something changes I only have to change it in one place.

No, there is no way to get the business name and address of the API Login ID and Transaction Key that you are submitting. You would need to log into the Merchant Interface to get that info.
