hosted payment form working on sandbox, but production with correct merchant I am getting 550 err

hosted payment form working on the sandbox, but I am getting 550 error in production with correct merchant while payment with real card.
Whenever I try to use a test card, I get the response "This card is not accepted".

Do I need to configure anything in the merchant end? Or something else?
