locked out of sandbox account?

USING:

PHP, CIM

I was doing some heavy testing of recurring subscription payments today on my sandbox account. Rather than wait a month to see what was going to happen when my next payment was submitted, I bumped the renewal rate up to 5 minutes. Towards the end of the day, the CIM api started responding to my getCustomerPaymentProfile requests with this:

"<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><getCustomerPaymentProfileResponse xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" ><messages><resultCode>Error</resultCode><message><code>E00001</code><text>An error occurred during processing. Please try again.</text></message></messages></getCustomerPaymentProfileResponse>"

When I try logging in to my sandbox account, the website throws this cryptic error at me:

The following error(s) occurred:

Unanticipated error occurred. Please try again later.

Did I exceed some quota or something?

I think it is an issue with all accounts.. I too am getting the following error:

An error occurred during processing. Please try again.

I guess the sandbox environment is under water.

Oh well. At least its some comfort to know that it's a technical issue, and not something I did. I was worried I committed some unpardonable sin. :)

The service provider is answerable for growing the consumer interface to your state of affairs. We offer APIs and SDKs to help developer combine with Authorize.Net. Our Accept suite of tools consisting of Accept Customer assist reduce PCI DSS scope.
