migrations@authorize.net not responding to customer requests?

In the last year we have several customers that have successfully exported their CIM accounts.

 

Presently I have two customers now who have requested via email and support to export their CIM accounts to an encrypted data file.   They have not received a response. 

 

Is this service no longer provided?
