Dedicated Test Account Issue

Hey everyone,

Currently there is an issue with applications for our dedicated test accounts. We are looking into it, but in the meantime, if you apply for a developer test account, you will only be able to get a shared test account. This means that temporarily, you cannot request a dedicated test account for the purposes of testing CIM or Simple Checkout. We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks,

We have resolved the issue with test account applications. You can now request and receive a dedicated test account for the purposes of testing Simple Checkout and CIM.

Please be aware that you will receive two emails after you submit your application. The first will be fairly instantaneous and will have the subject line of "Welcome To Authorize.Net." This email will not include your login credentials, but will have important testing information. There is, however, a link in there to test your connection in 15 minutes that isn't up and running yet. We are aware of that and will resolve that shortly.

The second email will come just a little while later and will have the subject line of "New Test Account Application." This email will include your login ID, API Login ID, etc. You can use the information in that email to log into the Merchant Interface and to begin testing your integration.

Thanks for your patience.
