System Downtime Notification - October 10, 2015

On Saturday, October 10, 2015, we will be implementing planned payment gateway updates. Beginning at 10:30 PM until 11:00 PM Pacific time, the following services will be inaccessible:

  • New transaction processing ("Authorization Only" and "Authorize and Capture" transactions)
  • Follow-on transactions (voids, refunds, etc.)
  • Merchant and Reseller Interface access
  • Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS) access
  • Customer Information Manager (CIM)
  • Automated Recurring Billing (ARB)

Though each service will be affected during the updates, no service should be unavailable for the entire 30-minute window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we work to enhance the payment gateway.
