System Downtime Notification on June 19th

On Friday, June 19, 2015, we will be implementing planned payment gateway updates. Beginning at 9:00 PM until 9:30 PM Pacific time, the following services will be inaccessible:

  • Transaction processing, including follow-on transactions (voids, refunds, etc.)
  • Merchant Interface access
  • Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS) access
  • Customer Information Manager (CIM)
  • Automated Recurring Billing (ARB)

Though each service will be affected during the updates, no service will be unavailable for the entire 30-minute window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we work to enhance the payment gateway.
