Hello Michelle (and community members)!
I am writing to inquire if there is any other way of following up on the status or timeline for a Certified Solution Application submitted on 6/25/2011. I have sent a couple of follow up emails to "certify@authorize.net" inquiring on the status to no avail. We have a number of clients on our queue that we'd like to turn on (for both CP and CNP) but cannot proceed without the proper approval of our solution.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
