Timeframe question

How long after a new client signs up using my affiliate url do I see this reflected in any of my affiliate reports? This is assuming the client has been approved and set up. Thanks!

Hi there,

Usually after a merchant has been approved and set up with their payment gateway account, you should be able to see that merchant in your reports in about one business day. Sometimes a little longer if for some reason we're behind. If it's been any longer than a few days, I suggest contacting Affiliate Support at 866-682-4131 so we can check the status and make sure everything has been set up correctly.
