Infusionsoft is an Authorize.Net Certified Solution offering an all-in-one sales and marketing solution for small businesses. If you or your clients are considering Infusionsoft, here are the steps to accept payments using Authorize.Net:

  1. Navigate to “E-Commerce Setup” under the “E-Commerce” module

  1. Select “Payment Types” under the “Payments” function

  1. Select the checkbox next to “Process Credit Card Payments” and select Authorize.Net from the dropdown menu for Merchant Account to use.

  1. On the next screen, enter Authorize.Net for the name, add your API login ID and Transaction Key, set to Live Mode and Save the changes.  Set Test Mode to Simulation Mode to test in the Authorize.Net Developer Sandbox.

And that’s it! You now have integrated your Infusionsoft application with your Authorize.Net account.

Developers can also write their own custom integrations if they so choose. For an introduction to our API documentation, click here. This will give you an overview of our API interface and what you will need to know to write your own custom integration.

Our API table schema outlines all of the data available through the Data Service API, including permissions on each field. Our table documentation will explain each specific service method, as well as include the required parameters, sample requests and sample responses.

In addition, we have set up several small code examples to show the capabilities of our API and to help you get started. These samples are all located in the same Github repository, so feel free to fork away!
